Booking Information

Groups

Group & School Bookings Discounted tickets are normally available for school parties and groups of ten or more. More time is normally given for payment on group bookings - a pay date can be agreed at time of booking. If payment is not received by this time tickets will go back on general sale. Education events are frequently laid on in conjuction with shows geared towards a younger, school based audience - see the Education pages for further information. If you wish to make an email booking please provide us with the following information in order to make the booking process as easy and efficient as possible:

1. Show Name
2. Venue (Theatre Royal or Royal Concert Hall)
3. Specific date that you would like to book for
4. Performance time you wish to attend (i.e matinee or evening if applicable)
5. The number of tickets you require for your group (minimum of 10 for group bookings)
6. Your preferred seating area (i.e Stalls, Dress Circle, Tier 1 etc)
7. Whether there are any concessions within the group ( i.e Under 16’s Over 60’s etc)
8. Whether your group has any accessibility issues within the auditorium (i.e are there wheelchairs in the party or do you need to be on the end of a row etc)

Whilst every effort will be made to incorporate your wishes tickets are sold on a first come first served basis so we cannot always guarantee that certain performances or seating areas will always be available. If making a group or schools booking early booking is always advised.
