Terms & Conditions

The Royal Centre has a policy of no refunds unless a show is cancelled. We will however do our best to exchange tickets for the same production on a different date.

Please note that tickets purchased online within a week of the show date will be held at box office for collection.

Credit and debit card bookings are subject to a 5% booking fee.

Online Booking - Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The venue will not accept any liability in the event of tickets being lost or stolen. Lost tickets will only be re-issued on presentation of proof of identity.
2. Any errors made in the purchasing of tickets online must be referred to the Royal Centre Box Office within 48 hours. In line with the Data Protection Act, contact must be made by the purchaser.
3. We regret that refunds may not be given for purchased tickets. Ticket exchanges may be available for certain performances only, and the box office will advise of conditions attached to such exchanges. A fee of £2.00 per ticket will be levied on all ticket exchanges.
4. Tickets purchased online may only be posted to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all details regarding the booking are correct, and that the Terms and Conditions on the reverse of each ticket are read and understood. Proof of status or eligibility must be supplied upon request if tickets are purchased at a concessionary rate.
5. From time to time the Royal Centre may wish to advise you of forthcoming attractions both at the Centre and for selected events in the area. This may be either by post or by email. Please advise the box office if you do NOT wish to receive mailings.
6. While the venue will endeavour to ensure that the ticket holder is allocated the seat to which the ticket refers, it reserves the right to substitute the seat with another whenever it is deemed necessary.
7. In the event that the event to which the ticket refers is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event.
8. In the event that the show to which the ticket refers is cancelled, a full refund will be forthcoming
