Royal Centre Development
The Royal Centre is currently undertaking a strategic review which will examine ways of future-proofing the building for the next twenty five years to ensure that it continues to be one of the country’s finest facilities providing world class entertainment.
Name a Seat at the Royal Centre
This is a unique opportunity to dedicate a seat in the Theatre Royal or Royal Concert Hall in a position of your choice with your own special message.
For a minimum donation of £250, you could dedicate a seat in your own name or that of a friend or loved one, with your own special message (up to 40 characters including spaces). This could be a gift for somebody to celebrate a birthday, a wedding, an anniversary, the arrival of a new baby or to remember a special moment or significant event. You may even like to have your favourite quote from a play engraved onto the plaque.
Your dedication will be engraved onto a brass plaque and placed onto the back of a chair of your choice for 5 years, making it part of the very fabric of the building.
Each person who decides to name a seat will receive a personal certificate which will include the seat details and the personal message chosen to be engraved onto the plaque.
Your name and dedication will also feature in the Royal Centre’s in-house show programmes and also on the website.
Individual Seat: £250*
Pair of Seats: £450*
*This package does not include any booking rights for the purchased seat or advance booking privileges. The seat will be subject to availability.

Alternatively, if you would like to name a specific seat, maybe a seat which you sat in for a particular show, please supply the seat details or contact Claire Barnard for more information.
Some seats in the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert hall are not available for name a seat as they are not permanently in place for various reasons.
